Your best 24

Today in the gym a trainer asked me why I worked out everyday and for a moment I was stumped. No longer was it for the boy band abs or for my eventual premiership call up, and then it dawned on me, I’m afraid to be the same as yesterday.

We spend so much of our days in the workplace achieving goals for others, that we’re forgetting how to work for ourselves.

When cheap wins come from getting to the next level on your favourite mobile app or buying the latest fashion, we’ve got to ask ourselves, who are we really shaming?

I challenge you to write down all the things you did today that made you better than yesterday. It may surprise you, it may depress you, but one thing’s for sure, you’re going to make tomorrow your best 24.
